At Girly, we want you to love every piece you order, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items. Simply ensure your items are in their original condition with tags attached to receive a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your Girly account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of starting your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
